The first week of July was the official kick off of the Bruderly for Congress Campaign. We added new parts to the web site and attended three 4th of July events, Fanfare and Fire Works at UF's Band Shell, the Middleburg 4th of July Parade and booth, and the Orange Park (Moosehaven) 4th of July Parade and booth.

Then just 10 minutes later Dave paused to watch Mark Kelly (pictured at right), Class of ‘86, pilot the Shuttle Discovery (STS 121) (http://www.space.gs/sts-121/) into orbit for rendezvous with the International Space Station. | |
| Dave Bruderly attended the first showing of Al Gore’s film An Inconvenient Truth in Gainesville with his campaign staff and returned for a second viewing with supporters wearing blue "Elect Dave Bruderly New Energy for Congress" T shirts. An Inconvenient Truth is a must see movie. |
